Early Childhood Intervention

Our Early Childhood Interventionist, Brenda MacMillan, brings 30 years of experience and expertise in the field of child development, communication disorders, autism, and social emotional learning to our team of teachers, families, and community professionals.

Our interventionist provides training, support and direct classroom intervention to children, staff and families regarding behavior, emotional regulation, motor planning, as well as language and social cognition. In addition to classroom support, our interventionist provides developmental screenings, develops individual learning plans, and coordinates therapy services to meet the needs of children with unique learning differences.

Speech/Language Screening

Our Speech and Language Pathologist, Susan Braun, provides speech and language screenings for children in the Infant and Toddler Program through Kindergarten as requested by parents and/or teachers. Susan is available for comprehensive speech and language evaluation and therapy on-site to meet the needs of our families.
